Yoga in Indian traditions, however, is more than physical exercise; it has a meditative, spiritual core and enhance well- being.
There are various types of yoga, the yoga that is postures or asanas that helps to keep the body healthy. And some breathing exercises or pranayama and trataka that helps to keep mind healthy.
Peace of mind refers to a deliberate state of psychological or spiritual calm despite the potential presence of stressors.
Mindfulness is the psychological process which one can develop through the practice of meditation and through other training.
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
