Practicing Yoga since 2004 inspired by my guru great scientist Siddha yogi DASHRATH BAPU From North Gujarat. Being from Farmer's family I was closer to nature but yoga and meditation made me more familiar with nature where I found chance to transcend the self .

Yoga is a way of living that aims towards 'a healthy mind in a healthy body'. Now a days in many countries yoga has developed into a posture-based physical fitness, stress-relief and relaxation technique. Yoga in Indian traditions, however, is more than physical exercise; it has a meditative, spiritual core and enhance well- being.

There are various types of yoga, the yoga that is postures or asanas that helps to keep the body healthy. And some breathing exercises or pranayama and trataka that helps to keep mind healthy.
